Refund policy

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@yimee.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
